NISSAN SA - USELESS

My vehicle which is under warranty has been at the dealership for a faulty fuel pump since Monday, 15 March 2021 on 16 March 2021 an application to Nissan SA to replace the fuel pump under warranty was sent. Today is 19 March 2021 and I have still not had any response from Nissan SA - what a useless company.
