Nissan SA - thumbs down!!!

I bought a vehicle from Nissan in Pietermaritzburg in 2013. From the buying experience, where we were 'conned' into giving a 10 out of 10 mark for the sales experience (by the Sales Manager at that time), to the service intervals and a cam belt replacement that was never done - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SERVICE INTERVAL MANUAL - to finally having the last service done unsatisfactorily - to having my complaints 'escalated to higher office' WITH NO FEEDBACK or resolution of my complaint - to where I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH NISSAN SA anymore!!! I keep getting e-mails for service reminders, despite me UNSUBSCRIBING from this service online!! This company is seriously NOT tuned into customer needs and I simply would not like any more contact from them. Was it not for the actual quality of the car, which I might add is really great, I don't understand how Nissan SA still manages their business!!
