Nissan SA / Strand / Stellenbosh - The end of my +20 year journey with Nissan

I parked in the entrance of the workshop Nissan Strand, with my family on the car and masks on, being in the Strand 6 years ago remembering that the parking at that dealership is an issue, although I realised this might be issue. I wanted to quickly find out if the issue (previous service forgot to tester service interval, thus quickly correct the next service interval warning - 5 min + look at window switch not working - not critical to fix immediately) with my vehicle can be resolved (one of 4 Nissan's I own). I was chased out of the workshop entrance, after the workshop manager barked the exit instruction to me, and turned his back on me and walked away. I fully understood the request considering, workshop protocalls / policies and COVID-19 protocols, but the attitude of the workshop manager was not humane or customer orientated. A lady approached me, and I expressed with shock my discomfort with the way I was just spoken to (as a #1 a person and #2 a customer) but she was helpful and nice, but a second master quickly appeared from inside the workshop, he chase her away and chase me out, with some explanation that they can assist, but I first need to exit the workshop and I am not allowed in the workshop (entrance I assumed) and the car needs to be "washed" - assume sanitised. Well, all our stuff was in the car?? I informed him that I anyway cannot do it now, comp****, reversed out and left the dealership. I arranged through my dealer in Johannesburg to arrange with Nissan Stand, but response was that Nissan Strand will not allow me back??? I am sure that Nissan Strand personnel will “hide” their behaviour, towards me, behind sheltering their employees from COVID-19 exposure, but I will challenge this if we interrogate the evidence (footage + sound). We anyway contracted COVID-19 in July 2019, thus was theoretically immune to the disease and posed very little risk to anybody, but the intellectual, humane, discussion was absent. The arrogance and misperception around being a franchisee and having a commitment towards the brand is shocking. Well thanks to my WC experience, I will change all my Nissan's (4) to Toyota's in 2021. The Nissan brand is a disaster in SA. I cannot buy a vehicle that can only be attended to in Gauteng, based on one persons personal beliefs. I was directed to Nissan Stellenbosh, which by the way, was closed and the workshop is now a +-15x15m backyard mechanic space, I then understood why Nissan Strand is so arrogant. The experience at Nissan Stellenbosh is a page writing on its own, I just cannot imagine that Nissan SA approves of the workshop conditions and way of work in Stellenbosh. I am just wondering what Nissan international's view will be of this situation??? Nissan Strand dealership, please feel free to publish the CCTV footage, I would love to see how this played out and get public opinion on this, thus to determine if the actions matched the “crime”?
