Nissan SA . Pathetic Service

I have purchased two Mp200 in December last year. On the 25th of Feb 2020 i experience a break down on the N2 going towards portshepston. When i tried contacting nissan SA there was no answer and was told that they have a signal problem. I eventually got my own towing company which I paid for. Eventually after sending them emails i got a call from a consultant. I explained her what had happened and told her that the vehicle is tow to Nissan portshepston. I was than told that she cannot assist me further due to the fact that the vehicle was towed by me. She said that the dealership will assist. They assisted by telling me that it will take 2 days before they get back to me as to what the cause of damage was.

4 month old vehicle. Engine stuffed. Over 100km away from home. No joy till now. I arranged my own transport home and 2moro i will do the same. Nissan is far from Toyota in terms of after service. I also own an infinity and asking myself if i was to have a breakdown with my family. Will it take the entire day to be resolved . I personally will not purchase another nissan product. Nissan did nothing for me from the start to end. My vehicle overheated and was left on the freeway. I took it upon myself to tow it. The car rental took 3hrs to tell me that they do not have a bakkie for me. Only available the next day at 10am.

I than told them that i am from Durban and would like for the vehicle to be towed there to be assessed.

I also asked them how do i get back home from here and need a vehicle so that i could take my belonging with me.

At around 5pm i was told that the vehicle will only be available the next day because they do not have any NP200 to assist me with.

It took them the entire day to inform me that. I asked a question as to how do i get home and if they will me responsible for my stock in the back of my van 2gether with my tools and i did not get a response. I asked if i can be booked in a B&B and said it was impossible. I was than told i need to have a credit card to hire the vehicle of which never arrived.
