NISSAN SA NAVIGATIONAL ONBOARD SYSTEM IS A FARCE!!!!!!

I purchased a Nissan X-Trail in October 2016. In December i went back to William Simpson Motors in Tokai, complaining that my navigational system seems outdated. They checked it and saw that streets that were long time in existence were not showing on the nav system. They contacted Nissan SA on my behalf as they were experiencing exactly the same problems. Nissan SA said I should log my own case with them. I informed them in January that i was going on a road trip and would require an updated version. Well it is now April, they sent an email in January saying they were trying to get hold of me. I responded stating I was trying to get hold of them on numerous occasions. A care consultant called me in February 2017, asking me if I was happy, I again stated my case quoting my case no ********** 4. That was the last call. I again sent a mail on 10/3/2017, which was marked rexceived by NISSAN SA, but still no response. Today I called them and they say you have the most updated software version 2014. I then tell them but how can roads that have been in Cape Town for 50 years not be on the map, impossible. Our product managers say it is updated. I might as well have bought me a Garmin or Tom Tom instead of on the onboard navigation which costs money. My navigation system would then have been more updated. Very poor service from Nissan SA
