Nissan SA - Byron, needs service training, and QC Check at Nissan Factory!!!!!!!!!!

My dad purchased a car in October 2018 from Imperial Nissan East Rand , Morne Mostert was the sales person. The vehicle was picked up on the 2nd of November 2019. I live in Johannesburg and my dad in New Castle , KZN, so the vehicle was with me for a while before I went to NN to drop the vehicle off. When my dad saw the vehicle he noticed that the drivers door was not aligned properly and there was a space between the vehicle and the door that was too big, the door also doesn't feel stable. I have checked other doors and the spacing on other vehicles and it doesn't look the same. My brother then took the vehicle in to the dealership's (Imperial Nissan East Rand) workshop to have this repaired, and he said that it was the same across the vehicle, I then asked for a report or QC from the factory to show that the measurements are the same , I would have accepted this if this was standard, although my brother was told that this is not possible. We couldn't get a report!!! Both my brother and I have been in contact with Nissan SA, on Wednesday (06/03/2019), I spoke to a service agent (Byron), who refused to give me his surname, one of the most rude and arrogant people that I have ever spoken to! I would like a call recording from Nissan SA for that conversation that day please ? ... as at the beginning of the call , the do say " all calls are being recorded for YOUR protection", so kindly arrange to send that to me , Nissan SA. Let me see how you protect your Customer. Further to this Byron then told me that the vehicle needed to go to a panel beater, ( if there was nothing wrong with the vehicle- as you claim , why take it to the panel beater) shouting over my voice, talking whilst I was speaking and then eventually laughing at me before I put down the phone. I did say to him that I don't believe a brand new vehicle that was purchased 4 months ago has to now go to the panel beater for damage not caused by myself of my family. I don't believe and will not regard as acceptable.

I would have accepted a repair on this vehicle, and now after the serviced from Byron ( A NISSAN SA REPRESENTATIVE)... I would like a new vehicle, Alternatively our money refunded (this shouldn't be difficult, this was purchased cash) so that we can go to a different manufacturer who's vehicles dimensions and measurements are acceptable, and also a manufacturer that teaches their service agents, respect, customer service, and telephone etiquette. So please, take back your vehicle, give it to Byron, maybe he could benefit from a company demo, but we need this resolved now. 4 months is too long.
