Nissan SA Bad service

My Nissan magnite is 5 months old. There was a noise coming from the car and it was overheating. To be cautious I decided not drive the car and my wife took it to the dealership on Monday. Instead of helping my wife, the sales person started questing here and telling that the car overheats. I called and told them to book the car in. They then found out that the wheel bearing is damaged needed to replace it. They then fixed the one side and found out it was the other side.

This was the Monday, they needed a wheel bearing ordered from Japan and it will take 21 days to get here. I told them that I needed a car, as only have one car and I work in Cape Town. The gentlemen said he needed to order the part, then get some details and then only can. He log this with Nissan SA to help us get a rental. He said he would call me the Tuesday to say it was logged and that by Wednesday I would get feedback from Nissan SA. This was not the case, received no phone call, I had to call Nissan SA on the Wednesday, the gentlemen only logged the part Thursday. At this point I had been on the call with Nissa SA many times for an update.

Eventually Thursday afternoon afternoon they after talking to a manger they approved my claim for a rental 3pm Thursday and needed to make a plan to get the car in green point just to have a car.

Then Friday at 3pm, the gentleman calls me as asked if I want the bad or good news. Then proceeds to tell me, the part arrived, they fixed the wheel bearing and I can come pick up the car on the Friday.

After I had been trying to get a car all week, where needed to rent a vehicle at my own expense to get to work. No communication.

I am absolutely livid that, this is the level of Service for a brand new car. I will not be recommending Nissan in the future
