Nissan SA and TN Nissan groblersdal have been horrible to me shame

So my magnite which is on 20000kms showed a sign on the dashboard saying "check antipollution system" and didn't have power 15 days ago. Nissan towed the car to TN Nissan Groblersdal the following day. And till to this day the dealer have no clue on what's wrong with the car. They said they changed the oxygen sensor which they thought might be the problem but it didn't work. Yesterday they said they changing the transmission control module but still today they can't tell me anything. I reported the issue to Nissan south Africa requesting at least the courtesy car but nothing. What ****es me off is that whenever I get an update I should contact them first, both Nissan South Africa and TN Nissan Groblersdal. I also can't go to the dealer myself because of lack of transport, my area it's in the rural. Imagine buying a brand new car to avoid problems but something like this happen. I am never buying from Nissan again shem. Why don't they just admit that the car has fault and offer me a new one? I am so inconvenienced and mad.

They have been busy with the fitment since monday and they said they will contact me on Tuesday before 13h00. They didn't call and I decided to call, when I called them they said they will call me back but they never did.

Just like I thought. My case manager Nombuso keeps saying she tried contacting me whenever I call. It's funny how she doesn't find me but I can find her. Worse part is, yesterday in the morning i called and Nombuso said she's waiting for the service manager (Jan from TM Nissan Groblersdal) to load the request on the system. I called again from 15:00 till 17:00 couldn't find her. And the customer service was like they were avoiding me in the end until it was 17:00. It's sad how one struggles with what they paying for. If
