Nissan SA

Bought a 2016 Nissan Qashqui in 2018, there is no end to the issues, oil leak but not visible leaks, Ibought the xar in August, all the check boxes was ticked from the dealer ship only to find out 4 month's later, the car need ed over R900.00 worth of oil, I went to IC Benoni monthly for them to check the consumption at my cost, the engine was replaced in 2019 just after the lock down, the car stayed witb nissan for +/- 3 months, I paid my installments and insurance, the 1st curtosy car was a BMW that never locked, it was collected after a week by Ford who was the car dealer ship, 2nd was a old Nissan that someone clipped they nails in, remember 2010 was hard lock down with covid, the car was not cleaned it was just delivered to me, the engine was changed, not my decision but I had to pay for the service, it was not communicated I went to fetch my car and was told I needed to pay, Jan 2020 I had to replace the battery, last month the gears were an issue, it was getting stuck, I was told the gear box wld be replaced at my cost of R3800 after the xar was checked the service manager said they fixed the problem, surprisingly I was told if it needs replacementit wld cost R3800, but bec it is still under warranty it was fixed and not replaced, , last week when I had to fill petrol I was told the car is leaking water and the turbo is also leaking I went back to nissan in benoni the car is with them, I keep calling for an update, both nissan sa and ic benoni, I lost my job I am a temp and I have been using Uber to wrk and back, i keep getting romised someone will call me, it's Sunday evening no calls, no feed back, it's 1 whole week, the hose now needs to be replaced and the theomstast.

Nissan doesn't care 35% people are unemployed in SA the ones that have their jobs don't care abt other people and they problems, I am paying my installand insurance yet a car that had under 40 000kms sirs at nissan every 6 months to be fixed, the workmanship is so poor. I will never recommend this brand to anybody. I am going to attach all my correspondence on this platform next.

I am due to be at a training course tomorrow which I told the lady at ic benoni and the lady at nissan sa, my company paid R20 000 for this training, and I havevto Uber 75ks away to Sandton and another 75ks tomorrow and it seems for the rest of the week.

Very sadden by the service and the quality of the car,
