NISSAN SA

I have been having a problem with my brakes from the 20 000kilos service. I was told that I need to replace the brakes and the discs. The car is relatively new the kilos are 22320. I have sent in a complaint via the website, called their office twice Omphile said they will get the job card from Nissan Edenvale. I put on X then they responded to say my matter has been referred to the case manager for urgent feedback. My question to Nissan is are they fitting genuine parts for the Nissan Magnite?
