I was under the impression that Nissan SA will understand that a person's vehicle is your source for everything. It ensures punctuality for work, food on the table and that necessary means to get a person medical help. All of these aspects have come into play recently after Nissan SA took 3 weeks - and still going - to provide one key kit. The Nissan NP200 is nationwide one of the most popular vehicles in use - specifically for delivery purposes as well as security firms. Are there really no keys and accessories in stock? Is everyone waiting that long? I am personally disappointed and absolutely frustrated with the wait, the apologies, the sending of wrong parts and the blaming of different parties. Extremely disappointed.
