Nissan Qashqai still no answers

We are very disappointed in the customer care system of Nissan Sa, Its been more than a week since our first complaint and still the issue has not been resolved. Nissan customer care can not provide a courtesy vehicle according to Bongani. We have to make the effort to call and find out is happening with our vehicle. We also found out that our vehicle have been driven to BB Sinoville after we have been told that it was a gearbox issue and that BB Gezina was going to remove it to be checked . We never signed any form giving consent to drive or move our vehicle to a different branch. I Refused to sign the from at BB Sinoville afterwards. We are in the process of obtaining legal help and having all these complaints advertised. This is no way to treat a customer, whats the use of buying a new vehicle under warranty if this is the after sales support.

Hello Willie Joubert,

Thank you for your comments and Nissan SA is well aware of the matter surrounding your Nissan Vehicle.

As discussed with Bongani Nkosi from our Nissan Customer Support , a part has been placed on order for your Nissan Vehicle and the current estimated time of arrival for the part is the 05 October 2015.

Further to the above ,please note that courtesy vehicles are subject to availability and in the event that Nissan SA cannot assist we depend on our respective dealer to assist.

Our offices will strictly monitor the progress of your concern until completely resolved.

Kind regards,
