Nissan Qashqai losing power after long distance travels

Greetings Sir/Madam at Nissan South Africa

Some weeks back I drove from PTA to Giyani for funeral and came back next day, without many long stops as I usually do. The next thing the car starts revving itself. I called Nissan to inform them of the problem, and I was advised to book it in for next day and bring it through if the problem continues. The next day when I was about to drive out to Nissan, the car was fine. I called through as I wanted to inform them that as they said if the problem stops I should not worry I wanted to tell them that, it has stopped now, I couldn't get hold of them however I send an sms to my service advisor I've always dealt with. If I recall I could have received a call from them at Nissan during the day, by another person asking why I didn't bring the car through and I explained the situation and the person said it's okay.

This previous weekend for a friends wedding, on Saturday I drove to from PTA to Mafikeng and returned same day, Sunday I drove to Mpumalanga and on my way back the car started revving itself again just before we arrived home. I stopped on the side of the road, switched it off and started it again, unfortunately that was the last time I was able to drive as it never able to move.

Thanks to Nissan assist all went well as they took the car to the dealer and we were safely taken home.

Next day I receive calls from the Nissan Hatfield informing me that I won't be covered because I drive with my foot on the clutch. I went to meet with them and explained to them this problem started first time I took long trip with less stopping and this was also my second long trip with less stopping.

My question is why am I being blamed when Nissan has to pay up as my car is still under warranty and again, I don't drive with my foot on the clutch which is what is alleged by them. Why is this happening second time only when I took long trip with less stops?

Lastly why should again have to wait for 3 to 4 weeks before parts can be available? How am I supposed to be living for almost a month without a car?
