Nissan Qashqai Car/battery issues

I purchased my car in 2018, in 2019 I had to change the battery Nissan (in Woodmead) changed my battery to battery manufactured in 2018(which I found our recently). Ever since then my battery has been an issue.

Nissan persistently told me that is the tracker, after the tracker company came to numerous times to check the car but there was no issue with the tracker.

The car does not start after fully charged and left for week which is odd after the car isn't that old and I should of had a new battery in 2019? The car seems to charge slow and Nissan does not want to help with checking the car. Head office says the dealership will but then the dealership says I need to call Head office???

At a service recently Nissan stated my battery needs to be changed and it will cost R ***. I did not want to pay because clearly there is something wrong with the car.

Can someone please call me and help me solve this annoying issue?
