Nissan Qashqai battery issue

I raised the Nissan Qashqai battery issue with nissan in 2024 and they still do not want to take responsibility for this. I bought another new batter and the car still has the same issue. Dealerships do not assist with this and it seems they do not want to take accountability. The recently recalled the vehicles for the same issue but there's no assistance when you go to the dealership. Then suddenly you will blame the government when you retrench due to decline in revenue. I bet I will only receive a call to acknowledge this and nothing will be done after that...this is based on experience.
