Nissan Qashqai accelerate problem when the Air conditioner is on
I have a Nissan Qashqai 1.6 diesel Automatic, sins I have the car its being giving me a problem and Nissan can not find the problem. I have a QQ 1.6 CVT automatic diesel . It has a delay when pulling away or anytime when pressing the throttle to accelerate when the Air conditioner is on.. We slowly press the throttle and for a seconds nothing happens and then, because of the delay, we then have too much throttle and so it surges away. It makes getting a smooth pull-away difficult and it is very disconcerting when at say, a roundabout, and you need instant response to get into a gap... I don't get an instant response and it then surges too fast or sometime it takes up to 10 sec to responds. If the Air con is on and I wants to revers out of my drive way the car would not move for some seconds, I can step on the accelerate not even the revs pick up and if it does is goes up slowly for some seconds and then the car surge away. I had the car at 2 dealers the pass year with no luck to find a solution or the problem. I had lodge a complaint at Nissan SA but that also does not help. all they are telling me the dealer finds everything in spec. But they don't drive the car every day to see what it is **** as the problem comes and go. and I have notice on hot days is when the car is just bad where you cant drive with the air con on. My QQ warranty has ended on 5 of January 2021 and still no one was able to find the problem or a solution. Nissan had my gearbox check, turbo replaced but no luck the problem stay. If it only can do it all the time but some days its fine but the on hot days where you need the Air con you cannot drive with it as you would get now where when pulling away. Second problem, What is the purpose of the auto stop start if it only work some times. way do I need to buy a battery off R3000 rand if the Auto stop start does not work properly. And this is also where Nissan SA can not give me any answers. Nissan SA will have some one calling me again after this but noting is happening they will simply open a case ask to take the car in to the dealer and the dealer will say everything is in spec no problem found. I'm so gatvol for Nissan SA as there after service is just up to no good.
As I see things Nissan don't wary about the safety of people driving there cars.
I have the problem on my car for years no and Nissan just don't care.
As I said it will go to the dealer and they will just tell me everting is in spec because the computer give no faults and they can not do any more test as my car is now out of warranty. they only drive the car for maybe 1km in the morning after i told them when its hot and the can has also been standing in the heat the car has no power to pull away but that does not help and I had the problem long before my warranty has came to a end.
So Nissan South Africa I just wants you to know I'm keeping you as Nissan South Africa responsible if me or any one of family gets in a accident due to power loss and very slow pull away when my air con is on, on hot summers days. because is cause danger to me and my family and other road users with that slow moving when my Air con is on
I have inform you of my problem but you and your dealers just don't care about my safety.
My Warranty has came to end now so why must you warry if you can make money now to search for the problem.
so if you don't have a solution don't call me because its just cone be promises that you cant keep.
