Nissan Qashqai 1.6 Dci Acenta Tech CVT - not to Nissan spec

In March this year I lodged a complaint regarding my Nissan Qashqai. My vehicle is 1 year, 4 months old and from the day I drove out the showroom floor (brand new) i had problems with the vehicle. For the past 16 months, I have been pushed from pillar to post, at times being told that it is my driving that is a problem, ONLY to now find out, that in fact there is a problem with my vehicle. My car was taken by Nissan Randburg to Nissan SA in Roslyn on 11 Oct where the head technician drove my vehicle from the 11th to the 16th. We were contacted by the head technician on the 16th, he asked a series of questions and finally we were told that my vehicle was not to Nissan spec and the battery that was installed by Randburg was the wrong battery. I was told that i needed to choose a NIssan dealership that I could take the vehicle to for the repairs, so the problem was diagnosed on the 16th. I refuse to have my vehicle repaired, I have had problems from day one. My vehicle's tracker unit suddenly stopped working, something that Discovery should have picked up. In the interim my vehicle is being driven around, as late as 9pm in the evenings. I have no idea what is going on with my vehicle and state it's in and who knows by the time Nissan decide the route they are taking my problem too would have disappeared. I am being disrespected as a client, I have had a manager speak to me last week, acknowledging the complaint and no a word after. I have not spoken to one senior person from Nissan, not have i received any apology for the pathetic service and disrespect i have received. I have told them that i will be taking my story to every possible social media network and nothing seems to phase them. From the 16th of Oct to present, Nissan cannot decide the way forward with my vehicle. I have done research and have found hundreds of cases with the similar problem. What is Nissan doing about this, it cannot be ignored forever!!! Highly disgusted

Reviewer Update
Since my last update on the 12 November 2017 regarding my Nissan Qashqai, 3 months down the line, I am yet to receive my vehicle. I have emailed CEO's, Directors, even sent emails to Nissan Japan, to no avail. Clearly Nissan SA and Nissan Japan don't care about customer service and satisfaction. Do they actually know what customer service is or do they just chase sales every day. How can such a major company big bosses not respond to customer complaints. I have been paying for a vehicle that I do not have, they removed my tracking device without my consent and who knows what else has been done to my vehicle. How can anyone drive a Nissan knowing Nissan themselves do not know what they are doing? I will go to every social network and let people know about the disgusting service I am receiving from Nissan. They have tried for 16 months to push me away, they thought I would just give up, instead they have admitted guilt. Please share this with as many people as you can.
