Nissan Qashqai 1.5 dci 2018: DPF filter complaint

Nissan Qashqai 1.5 dci 2018: DPF filter

Soon after my service for 75000km, I had to take my car back to the Nissan dealership and I was told that the Dpf filter was clogged. I had to pay for this service as I was told its not part of warranty. This was in September 2023. In June 2024, I have had to take the car back for then exact same reason, this is less than 12 months and I am expected to pay for this service. AGAIN.

Interestingly, my prefered service garage is Engen. The lady at Nissan told me that Engen diesel is not good, I should try shell or total. This morning, another told me that Engen is good, but yet I have a dpf issue.

Whilst doing research on this, I have come to discover that this is a common problem with NISSAN, and yet I am expected to pay for this common problem. Why are we not informed of this when we are buying your cars.

PHELADI it cannot possibly take you a month to get a report from one of your very own branches. Since then, the car has died and have been told that it is the turbo now. How can a turbo give in on a car that only has 82 000km on the clock.

Can Nissan please give me an explanation of the quality of thier car parts as it just seems to be a money hole.

I will do what was done by that lady to Nissan last week on another radio station if you do not give me a proper answer
