if you currently own a nissan vehicle and wanting to service it at nissan pietermaritzburg cmh group i would advise you not too they prices are much higher compared to other nissan service centers accross country, i recently took my np 200 for 150 000km service car experienced heating problem advised them to investigate all i got was changed cap the problem lead to engine overheating they cost to rebuild R153 000 it took almost month to get quote with help of compliants department. they refuse to take responsibility for actions they level of incompetence is shocking!!! as consumer advised other consumers to make sure you get things in writing when dealing with this company and do comparison quotes.

Amount of vehicles they service during they day you have to question are they really servicing your vehicle 100% to nissan standards how many mechanics to they have on duty to cater for large amounts vehicles been serviced each?
