Nissan Parow dents car and refuses to give loan vehicle
If I could give a zero rating I would.
I had my car serviced on 26 February 2020 at Nissan Parow. I’ve done this twice before and noticed that this time it took longer than it normally did but paid it no mind. At 4pm I get a call that my car is ready and surprise surprise there’s a dent by the drivers side. I complain about it and they check the cameras and determine that the person washing the car dented it. The manager comes and gives me a short lame apology and tells me to bring my car in to get fixed. I ask him how long it will take and he says 2-3 days. I told him that I can’t be without a car for that long and he just shrugs. After speaking to various people for advice they tell me I should be getting a loan car since it’s not my fault. When I call the manager back he just refuses saying he has no car available. So Nissan I’m supposed to use my own money for transportation for 2-3 days because of your error? I don’t do public transport that’s why I have a car. Ubering to and from work will cost me R300 per day! So I need to spend atleast R900 of my own money due to your error???? This is absolute trash!
