Nissan NP200 Parts always unavailable in Cape Town

Our Nissan NP200 - 26 000 kilometers on the clock.First the oilpump and now the altonator was the problem.It took almost a week to get the oilpump and now going for 3 days to get the altonator.The answer is always we have to order parts from where ever.My business lose R 5 000 a day without this bakkie.This is for sure the last Nissan in my business.
