NISSAN NO GOOD SERVICE

SINCE WE BOUGHT A NISSAN QASHQAI DIESEL BRAND NEW IN 2014 IT HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO NISSAN ALMOST 10 TIMES, WELL ALMOST EVERY MONTH. IN THE PAST YEAR WE NEEDED TO SEND THIS CAR BACK FOR THE SAME ISSUE OVER AND OVER... I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ALL NISSAN's EXCUSES, AND FOR NOT GETTING TO THE POINT BY FIXING THE CAR AT FIRST.. NOW AFTER I'VE BEEN DRIVING THE CAR FOR ALMOST A WEEK, WHEN NISSAN SAID IT WOULD BE 2-3 DAYS FOR PARTS, NOW THEY CAN ONLY HELP ME THE FOLLOWING WEEK, ALTHOUGH THE PARTS WILL BE THERE TODAY AT AROUND 16:00.. I INSISTED ON A CAR SIMILAR TO WHAT I AM DRIVING, BECAUSE I BOUGHT THAT TYPE OF CAR, SO I EXPECT THE SAME TYPE. I'M DONE STRUGGLING WITH NISSAN WITBANK AND NISSAN SOUTH AFRICA.AFTER ALMOST SENDING IT BACK 8 - 10 TIMES ONLY NOW THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE SOME FILTER.

Hello THEAWHEELER,

Thank you for your comments and Nissan SA is well aware of the matter surrounding your Nissan Vehicle.

As discussed with Kenneth Makatu from our Nissan Customer Support Centre,we can confirm that the part has arrived at Witbank Nissan.

With regards to your request for a courtesy vehicle, we have escalated the matter through to the Dealer Principal of Witbank Nissan ,Marco da Cunha to check if he has any courtesy vehicles to assist with.

Our offices will strictly monitor the progress of your concern until completely resolved.

Kind regards,

Sharnie Malan
