Nissan Nelspruit Wors car dealership in the world!
Nissan Nelspruit is the world's worst company to buy a vehicle. December 2019 we decided to purchase another bakkie for our company we had 2 specifications no 1 bakkie has to have an aircon and no 2 it has to be a diesel. After a while they came back to us saying that they can not find a bakkie like that and offered us a Petrol bakkie with no aircon, and promised to install an aircon. We were satisfied with that but only agreed to an original Nissan aircon to be installed. We were at the end of the day charge +- R14 000 on top of the bakkie for the aircon, which we also left as we wanted an aircon and an original one at that. We were told that begin of January 2020 our aircon would be installed by the middle to end of February 2020 they still could not provide us with an aircon and we requested to cancel the contract to buy another bakkie with an aircon. In that time waiting for January 2020 we also noticed some other faults that was repaired but in 30 days time quickly returned.
They soon jumped to install an original aircon out of there store rooms after we requested to cancel our contract, or so we were told... after it was installed we noticed that the aircon doesn't cool down at all. Our fuel usage tripled and the aircon kept on screeming and made a horrible noise.
(Keep in mind that my father has exactly the same bakkie as us however his does have an original aircon so we could compare these bakkies constantly)
By nou we are very very sour and unhappy and requested with Nelspruit Nissan to cancel our contract so that we can buy a bakkie that doesn't give so much trouble. They said that they would help us.
We stopped at the branch again today to follow up on the progress of the cancellation and was told they cant help us anymore. While we were standing there the bakkies aircon started screeming again so they sent us to the person who installed it to have a look. When arriving here the technician confirmed that we would have to leave the bakkie here to repair.
We contacted Nissan Nelspruit asking for a vehicle to travel around today as i have my 2 small kids with me and im 30 weeks pregnant (Nissan Nelspruit has everytime given us a vehicle before to do all our necessary stuff) however today the car salesman Wessels Strydom just said sorry this is not my problem sort it out by your self. (Its been two hours and my 2 year old is screaming non stop and is bloodshot red from the heat...)
I am still trying to cancel our contract without help from Nelspruit Nissan. We are now requesting assistance with Nissan South Africa, MFC is also trying to assist us from there side.
I have also started dealing with the Ombudsman to get our stuff sorted out there. And from today i will post this exact post in every social media platform i own and i will also contact our local newspapers.
