Nissan Negligence

I have bought 2023 Nissan Np200 1.6 at Hyundai springs in November 2023. The car was only serviced once for 15 000KM on purchase so when i bought the car it was at 19 000KM. The car was moving local distances so on the 26th April 2024 the car was driven to Limpopo, the car broke down on its way home. The car wouldnt start the engine, car was jump started thinking it is the battery issue but with no progress. The car was towed to Nissan Tzaneen, they put the car under diagnosis in a computer, they did not find the problem so they called to say they have to disamble the engine to detect the problem. They called called on Friday (3rd May 2024) indicating that i have to pay for diagnosis and labour because the warranty does not cover the damage since it is not factory fault meaning that it is my fault. The car was parked most of the time so it only moved to Limpopo, the car is not even 6 months old but i am told that the issue will not be covered by warranty
