Nissan Neglects my concerns

My car is not starting at all it was towed yesterday 20/08/2024 to Mthatha dealer. I am experiencing same problem every week as a result I use public transport when the problems arise. On the 16/08/2024 it had same problem and was towed to the dealer but as usual they just call and say the car is fine I must come and take it, I have been asking the dealer to take the car back because all these problems started when the car was five months even then they refused to take it claiming that it is still new and that my debt is still high. Now the car is 1year still they are not taking accountability of faults that the Nissan Magnite has and is putting my life at risk. I do not know what to do now yet I do not want the car anymore because I am not assisted at all.
