Nissan Navara can't be repaired by supplier

My Nissan Navara is going into limp mode and after numerous visits to dealerships and replacing the turbo it is still doing it. I was nearly killed when turning at a traffic light when it went into limp mode. The on coming truck did not take kindly to me crawling over the intersection. I did not buy the cheapest Navara but have a very cheap experience. Surely Nissan have the knowledge to fix my vehicle or trade it in on a vehicle that they can repair.
