Nissan Mthatha

I bought a Nissan Magnite in July 2023 at Nissan Mthatha, in November there was unfami**** sound from the car so I took it to the dealer then they said the problem is the gearbox I then paid R15000 because they refused to pay. On 3rd April 2024 the car was back from the dealer but I noticed that there is a problem with the starter it sounded like an old car,i took it back so that they check it but they said there's nothing wrong. A week after that the car could not be switched off the ignition at all until the car ran out of fuel. I contacted Nissan to come and tow it and they did but after their inspection they said the car is fine they find nothing wrong. I fetched the car then after few days it did not start and it locks the passenger seat doors so people must pass through drivers seat to get out. I requested the dealer to change this car because it is giving problems after the other, they said the car is new its difficult to find me another car because my debt is still high. Up to date car sound of the starter doesnt pickup immediately and sounds uncomfortable and it doesn't start sometimes. I have been to the dealer several times.Now why would a brand new car brings me such problems because it's a 2023 model but it's difficult for them to fix their problem and to give me another car. I respect Nissan such that I don't take long trips at all worse it is still under warranty but it's like an old car. I even asked them to take it back and cancel the deal but there was no luck.
