Nissan Magnite is not road worthy

We bought a Nissan Magnite from CMH Pinetown, which within 3 months gave us an engine hazard failure. They refused to fix it under warranty as we apparently damaged the radiator.. not that we were aware. Car leaked coolant/water and failed to inform us. By the time we realised anything was wrong the car just died. After escalating this to Nissan SA, a bogus report was compiled between the two justifying why they wont fix our car let alone give us a new one. Our insurance ran their own tests and the engine is damaged beyond repair. The kind of damage you'd expect from a car in an accident. I do not recommend this vehicle at all, even some of the oldest cars inform you of a coolant shortage before anything can even happen

The service levels were terrible! Incredibly disappointed as this was our very 1st brand new car we spend so much on. DO NOT BUY A NISSAN MAGNITE!!INCREDIBLY FAULTY

This has nothing to do with the damaged radiator, but the car failing to inform us it was low on coolant. Even the pictures you sent saying the car alerted us to a coolant shortage literally shows the car being in a normal temperature stage. It really hurts how you're blatantly ignoring that one fact trying to push the blame towards us. We didn't know the radiator was broken, nor could we deny it as things like potholes are out there, however even if we broke the radiator, we would have gladly replaced it. Not once did the car give us any indication of anything being wrong, it went from running perfectly well to engine hazard failure. Surely a car that fails to inform you its low on coolant is not road worthy
