Nissan Magnite - Horrible car

I bought my Nissan Magnite Aug 2021. Experienced issues with the brakes from day 1. Took the car to Nissan Menlyn where they grind off the rust from the brakes. Took the car back for brakes several times, until I had to pay to have the brakes replaced at my own costs due to wear and tear.

The radio gave issues, waited 9 months for a new radio. 2 days after it was replaced the same story, exploding noise and no sound.

The car has no power up hill - no turbo whatsoever.

The earth cable burnt off. The aircon pump had to be replaced, again making the same noise.

Brake lights stopped working - had to stop at Centurion Nissan to have some stuff reset.

Terrible grinding noise from front - took the car to Nissan Centurion for 30 000km service, asked them to check. They talked the suspension, now the sound should be gone. Just to find it's not. Took Mr Wessie for a drive and again had to book the car in, he found that the front right shock is broken - BUT THE CAR IS SAVE TO DRIVE LIKE THAT. Going back to have shock replaced only on 21 April.

Since the car went for the 30 000km service, the keyless open on the doors no longer works. You have to unlock the car with the key. The radio exploded 3 days in a row.

So the Ombudsman said I must give Nissan a fair opportunity to fix the issues. It's been close to 2 years. I've been inconvenienced how many times with this car, I've been left on the side of the road. Every time I took this car to Nissan Menlyn or Centurion I must arrange my own pick up and drop off.

I really think I've been patient for long enough. How is it possible that a NEW car give so much problems and I the consumer must just be quiet and wait. Pay for something every month that cause so much frustration.

Sent several emails to Nissan South Africa - Unarine Nekhwevha with no response.

Should the next step be Carte Blanche to investigate?
