Nissan Magnite

I bought a Nissan Magnite in October 2021. Please do note that the car is being funded by the company I work for , insurance, petrol, and services are paid for by the company. Since purchasing the car, I had the following problems: Air-condition problem Brake pads problems, then I later discovered that the was a roll caller for Nissan Magnites to change brake pads, but the company I work for actually paid for the brake pads. Earth wire problem, which led me to be stuck in the middle of nowhere and Nissan organized a breakdown to come fetch me. Then, there was a roll call for Nissan magnites for something that I don't even know. On 54 000 to 55 000 km , the car had a gearbox problem. I could not use the car for 3 months since 13 November 2023 until 2 March 2024. On the 19th of March 2024, I took the car to HI Q , only to discover that the car has problem with shocks. I was advised to take the car to the nearest Nissan and they confirmed that, the front and rare shocks are leaking the car is under 57 000 km.

I received the car back on the 31st of May 2024. But on the 7th of June 2024 when I was driving the car, I discovered that it has yet another problem on the 8th of June 2024, I took it to Nissan and it was discovered that it has a problem with a petrol pump.

Basically for the past 7 months, I only drove this car for 3 weeks and I have been paying my monthly installment without fail. I am forced to sell this car.

Why is Nissan selling people a car that has all these issues under 60 000Km?

Nombuso has been helpful. But the financial strain, emotional stress that this car has brought into my life has impacted me so badly. It is around 3am in the morning and am up due to this, think about where can I get help.
