Nissan Magnite clutch vibrates when reversing uphill

I bought a Nissan Magnite 2024 model with 1500 km mileage in June 2024. When i reverse uphill or at a upwards slope the clutch vibrates. I went to the dealership in East London and wss told that it is a Magnite problem that when i bring the car for the 10 000km service i should report becsuse maybe by then Nissan will have a solution for this problem. Have Nissan resolved this reverse gear/clutch vibration problem?
