Nissan Magnite car issues

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of assistance I received from Ladysmith nissan dispite several attempts to try and resolve my issues.

I bought a Nissan Magnite 1.0 Visia( BR10) on 16 October 2023 and it was portrayed as a brand new car however,I am experiencing a lot of challenges since the car came into my possession.On the 18th of March 2024 i went to the dealership to inform them about unfami**** sounds that come from the car when it is in motion as if it is an old car. The mechanic from the dealership took the car to test drive it and confirmed that there is a problem with the car. Secondly,I have reached 8000km in less than 5 months I live 10 km from my work place and hardly travel long distance trips Thirdly, there is also a yellow masking tape covering wires just above pedals.picture is available. I have made several attempts to inform the dealership manager about this issue and he was rude and uncoorparative.
