Nissan Magnite

We purchased a brand new Nissan Magnite in 2022. In 2024 we realized some rust marks on the vehicle. The rust was very bad on the exhaust and brake calerpirs of the wheels. Dealership in East London did some minor treatment to the rust on exhaust and brake calerpirs . Exhaust is still rusting and brake calepirs also still rusting. In 2024 we then discovered rust on the body of the vehicle . After complaining with Nissan East London they say the rust is from stone chips . I then took it further and emailed Nissan Head office . After 2 months Nissan came back to me saying the rust is due to stone chips. No one can prevent stone chips on any vehicle and all vehicles have stone chips BUT vehicles don't RUST where there are stone chips. not in the 21st Century !After complaining and sending photos of the vehicle , Nissan HO s not prepared to further investigate the issue and have closed the case. I am very disappointed and will never buy a Nissan vehicle again! A 2022 year old Nissan Magnite should not be rusting even with stone chips (which all cars get) and 30 000km on the vehicle .
