Nissan magnite a problematic car known by Nissan but put on customers as their financial responsibility

am writing this review with great dissatisfaction due to the issue of poor break time , noise coming from God knows where I'm facing with one of the cars manufactured by Nissan South africa, Nissan magnite to be specific. I bought the car in October 2022. I was buying a new car hoping for a hustle free and stress free driving experience. I started hearing break sounds within the span of 6-7 months of buying the car. I appreciate having my break pads changed by Nissan at that time ,but still even my pre-owned car gave me atleast 2 years stress free experience. Today I took the car for 20000 km service and ask that the check the break because even after break pads were changed ,I am still hearing the noise. It has been discovered that the break discs worth more than R6000 including labour are worn off. UPON VOICING MY DISSATISFACTION OF THE CAR ,I WAS TOLD BY A NISSAN SA CONSULTANT THAT ,THE CAR PASSED SABS STANDARDS ,THEREFORE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR ,ITS IS MY DRIVING STYLE THAT IS A PROBLEM. I feel like I was sold a pre owned car because how is this normal for a brand new car! Two days ago ( I am at 23000km) I started hearing a noise ,I can't tell the source of the noise. I called CMH Nissan Durban and ask for my car to be checked out, I was told about the diagnosis payment of roughly R1200 then they will charge to fix the problem. The car has 10000km/1 year guarantee and a 10000km sevice interval that was not disclosed initially. I went to them at 10000 km to have breaks checked out ,that's when I discovered that the car was due for a service. This is unfair on me and other customers facing rising financial economic challenges in SA . This is poor value for money . Im paying monthly installments for a car I don't even trust for safety . Now I must use my savings to service this poor quality of a new car! I am unhappy with this experience. What was done manufacturing these Nissan magnite cars should not be put on customers as their financial responsibility. I trusted their name , but this experience has changed the whole perspective .

I look forward to hearing how Hello Peter can intervene on this matter.

Concerning this matter, It is clear that this car is bad from the way is was manufactured. I would prefer that Nissan South Africa allow me to trade the car back to them since I am paying for the short fall directly to Nissan Sa's account. Nissan SA should than take their car and settle the bill with the financing bank .
