Nissan Magnite

I bought New Nissan Magnite October 2021, and begging the year I was complaining about the sound I am getting when I apply breaks, I took the car back to the dealership and they say they did Skimming, and cleaned what may be the cause of the noise, but 2 month later The car was due for first service at 10 000km and I was told to replace the Breakpads and break disc, To my worry how can a new car like this at 10 000km needs replacement of breaking system, now the car is giving me headeche because it's making a lot of noise and it's now at 13000km. My previous car brand I never replaced Breakpads till I reached above 35 000km but with Nissan I have to buy new Breakpads and break disc which cost more than R6000 I am not happy please assist
