nissan lies

good day, to whom it may concern<br> <br> I bought a used Nissan navara from Produkta Nissan (with a month de , on 21 March 2015 I drove down to Mbombela to collect my vehicle, when I arrived I found the vehicle only half full of fuel while I was promised a full tank of fuel, then the second thing was on test drive I found Cruise Control not working and fanbelt noisy, even though I was charged a delivery and inspection fee of R4400 I was then told I can take the vehicle to a dealer in Gauteng to sort out the noisy fanbelt, the cruise control attended to immediately ( today is giving problems still) on arrival home I saw that there was a oil coming from the diff, took it for inspection as told by Kevin ( sales person) on inspection the Mechanics found bearings on diff worn and seals leaking brake linings needs to be replaced b ecause off oil leak, oil cooler seal leaking, vehicle using water and fanbelt and tentioner worn, I phoned produkta said no problem they will fix it( My question if my vehicle was inspected like I was charged for how come all these major problems) two weeks later when I was starting to get angry as I get all sorts of excuses from Produkta today I still have problem
