nissan juke hard gears complain never resolved

I bought my Nissan Juke in 2012 at Nissan sinoville, the day I bought it I complained that the gears felt hard while changing them. I was told that it was because I had bought it new and I was the first driver, so as time went on the gears would be softer. One year down the gears became more hard to slot in and slot out. Especially gear one and two, and got better as I go up.

I took the car to Nissan Gezina and told them the gears are hard I am having a hard time driving this car and I was told that nothing is wrong with the gears. like really? It was like im a mad person for complaining something that did not exist. Now that you have the car they don't care

In the end they put oil in the car and said it will be fine. another year down it did not get any better. I took it back and I got same response that nothing they can do because the gears have no fault. But what about that they are hard? they said its normal for juke grears to be hard, that's how they were made. Great!!! The attitude I got there was enough for me to just get the hell away from that dealer.

Come 2017 the gears are beyond hard. As you change them you can hear the sound and I have to use my strength to push in and out. I actually have to avoid gear two and go straight to 3. While getting the gear out of 1 is a mission. Now my fingers and my hands cant take it anymore. I took it back to gezina Nissan. In addition to be responded to as before, I was also told that they could change the gears but the car is out of warranty and I have to pay R6000 to change them, like all these years they were waiting for the warranty to run over and tell me that.

I am from the doctor to complain about the pain in my hands. I am now taking pain medication every night. My family and friends do confirm that the gears are hard. How much strength should I have to enjoy driving my car? I have no plans to change this car but Nissan has me with no option but that is at my expense.
