Nissan Juke 2013 Model Turbo
Bought the car in Nov 2013, it stopped whiles I was driving on Thursday of the Easter Long weekend. My car was towed to Nissan Woomead, the very day and it was only checked on Wednesday after long weekend. When I called Nisaan I spoke with Brian Petersen who had no idea as to who's working on my car and what the problem was. The first guess was that the rats chowed the cables, the next guess was the body module is dead. My car was at Woodmead for over a week, in the meantime I had no car as I was forced to use public transport to work, and they couldn't assist me with anything. On the 29 May 2015, I was told that the car battery is dead and I must replace it, I paid R1 289.11. I found this strange as the battery died because of the probable that they couldn't identify. Brian promised to order an new part, later on he told me that there's no need to order a new part if the car is not giving problems. Today the 07 October at 17:45 my car died whiles driving again. Called Nissan help desk, and I was t old that it's already lady as the dealer close shop at 18:00, my car will then be towed tomorrow morning at 07:30.
