Nissan is ***!!!!!
So about 2 months ago my Nissan Micra was towed to Mccarthy Nissan Randburg. Since i bought the vehicle from them in 2024 its just right that for any mechanical issues they should attend to it, nevertheless the vehicle was serviced by them a month before being towed in. The engine lost compression and would be replaced by a new one under the warranty claim, although for the dealership to open the bonnet of the car took them 3 weeks already, thus the warranty claim was never loaded, the excuse being, that there is vehicles that need to be serviced so they can not attend to my vehicle. I logged a complaint with Nissan South Africa, who at first attempted to do something about the matter, but then ghosted me for the rest of the journey, useless as they are, i had to constantly follow up on the matter and they never calling me to up date the client on their claim being that the cause is due to Nissan's **** vehicles they produce. Eventually the warranty was approved, although i once again had to find this out through the g****vine, by this time more than a month has passed. I WASNT EVEN PROVIDED WITH AN OPTION OF A REPLACEMENT OR LOAN VEHICLE!!!!! Two months later and the new engine is installed, the mechanic takes it for a test drive and the thing ***s again, ****ing useless vehicle, make, and i dont even want to comment on the customer service from head office or the dealership. I found an email address on Nissan South Africa's website, stating that you can send an email to the MD on complaints, guess who calls me, the customer call centre, so here you think because of your dire situation someone would actually listen if you go straight to the top and then you land back at the useless customer call centre who never calls you back, who never escalates your query, who never update you.
Nevertheless, yesterday afternoon at about 4pm i was said i can have a loan vehicle, the catch offcourse being that the excess is R70 000, how do you put someone through all the **** as you did and at 4pm give someone a loan vehicle with such a high excess, and such little time to make arrangements with my own insurance to for coverage. So i refused and once again walked away an unhappy customer, with Nissan laughing behind my back.
So here is my experience with Nissan, Norhtwest Nissan, tried to ***** a new battery i bought, the thing was on the back seat, when i drove away from the dealership it was gone, going back, realising that they were caught they asked me to sit at the reception so they can investigate, just to come back and said it was in the boot, nonsense, just as Nissan SA, ****ing *****.
Lionel Motors, ****ing useless at everything, might even beat Nissan SA as the worst customer service in the world.
Mccarthy Nissan Randburg, where they can naai you they will!!!!
I am done hereing your apologies and sorry's take your **** *** vehicles and **** off out of my life, i bet if this was Ford i would have had someone from the US calling me to make a plan, not Nissan, they dont give a ****!!!!
However i will be branding my car with stickers "NISSAN IS ***" and i will be driving the country and JHB as is, be on the look out, you will see alot of FB posts with pictures of my car stating how *** you are so all the public can be warned against your **** customer service and product.
Keep your SORRY's for your self, and just **** off and probably tell your MD ****off as well, you *****.
After a lot of fighting i received my vehicle on saturday with a run down battery, absolutely pathetic as usual, please dont just look at your dealerships but also at your head office as i requested with the head office that my matter be escalated to someone that i can discuss my case with, which Nissan never did, this afyer i constantly requested the same.
Now i am getting a my car back with a flat battery, unbelievable,
Just do me a favour and take your **** vehicles back and give my money back as i clearly did not purchase an asset but rather a car that comes with years of **** service to be experienced with Nissan.
Stop wasting time with empty promises as usual or empty statements.

You guys dont really set the bar high for what you consider to be a perfect vehicle.
