NISSAN FAILING TO KNOW ITS OWN CARS. NEW CAR GIVING HUSTLES

I bought a Nissan Qashqai on the 16th August 2019, 3 days later I encountered challenges and was told it was a battery 6 months down the line it doesn't want to start but get on. No notification nothing. I got stuck on Saturday the 18th and the car was towed to this date Nissan is at Wonderboom dealership and the only feedback is they don't know what the problem is and cannot offer me a courtesy car until they find out what might be the problem. I further confirm that I was even told that they don't guarantee that I will even get a proper response this week. I don't understand why as it is at their dealership they are supposed to spot all the challenges of the car first hand without any challenges. So I must suffer because they are unable to find the problem of their own car, their own make. I am paying the car without hustles but now using public transport the worst nightmare ever as where I am situated where public transport is scarce so I have to walk few kilometers before I can get taxis. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy Nissan its the worst ever.

Dear Dineo B, thank you for making us aware of your experience. We have escalated this to the dealer principle for more information as to the delay in diagnosing and repairing your car. We will also look into availability of a courtesy car. Kind regards Nissan S.A

Nissan is frustrating they still cannot give me a car apparently they are still waiting to find out what the problem is, like on a serious note the first problem is that car doesn't want to start. I am using public transport. Still getting the nonsense response from the dealership that I cant get a courtesy car until head office approves and find out what the problem is. So now I am paying for a car I am not using??????

I even try to call their head office on this number *** and nobody picks up, this is so frustrating. Guys stay away from NIssan it clearly doesn't care about its clients.

This is extremely frustrating having been trying to email the lady at head office whom was told she is handling my case. I emailed her 3 times with no response now when I finally get through the line I am being told she has already left for the day. Its easy for her as she has a car and I have to go commute 4 times a day so I can be at work and back home. Nissan employees don't care. Wonderboom dealership sent her a request for her car before 13h00 she still failed to authorize now its 16h18 and she left. I don't wish anyone to experience what I am going through it is total nonsense.

Nissan still refusing to corporate. Was told this morning that they can only get me a car at 16h00 their driver is still busy fetching clients who bought cars who shame don't know what they are getting themselves in. I requested that I be picked up or I will use an Uber to get to their dealership as I could have gotten the courtesy car on Monday already they refuse to pick me up and tell me their driver needs to go pick up clients and further say they won't be liable for the Uber fees and by the way they are doing me a favor by arranging a courtesy car for me it's a take it or leave it situation. So I don't know who's problem is it has I bought a new car from them and it got stuck so now it looks like I am behind it getting stuck. I am numb don't know what to do. So it means they only care about new money what happens there after it's none of their business their are too busy selling faulty cars making sales hence they don't even get a chance to find out what's wrong with my car. I have never seen a car being diagnosed for more than a week.
