Nissan East London Vincent- Empty promises

My mom bought and paid for a Nissan Magnite at a Nissan dealership in East London Vincent in May of this year being promised that it would arrive from India in June. It is now the 29th of July and she still hasn’t received her car! Every time she asks she gets told there are delays due to Covid-19 but she’s not given any dates instead they keep saying “it might arrive next week”. I don’t know if this is how Nissan operates but we are very dissatisfied and disappointed as my mom paid for this car with her pension and as she is a pensioner she didn’t want to take public transport and risk contracting COVID-19 but now she’s having to do exactly that after paying such a huge amount of money!
