Nissan doesnt value their clients safety!!!!!!

I purchased a Nissan Magnite in 2023 and upon taking the vehicle for its 30k /km service I notified the dealership that my seat seems loose and asked them to investigate. Turns out one of the bolts securing my drivers seat broke off. This wasnt due to negligence, wear and tear or being in any sort of accident. I also didn’t adjust my seat at all. The dealership (Star Nissan Vereeniging) confirmed the bolt broke off flush, and that I was responsible for getting this fixed and that this would not be covered under the maintenance plan or warranty i have on the vehice. Nissan clearly doesnt value their clients/drivers safety at all. I am seriously disappointed with the outcome of this issue since the seat is still loose. Should I get into an accident the seat will inevitably not hold under pressure or severe collision. To be honest I am even nervous to hit the breaks too hard fearing this seat would come loose.
