NISSAN Customer Service ...REALLY !!!

Nissan has the worst customer care ever ...they don't care. 2017 I purchased a NEW np 300 cash 2018 after having my vehicle recalled to showroom for weeks for various factory faults , I reported that I was having problems with my ignition key. Since then NISSAN SA have refused to repair the ignition which is destroying my keys . I have had numerous keys cut (at my expence R1200 a key) which are also destroyed by the ignition . 4 years later and NISSAN SA still state that it is Wear and Tear HOW ON EARTY CAN IT BE WEAR AND TEAR from before the first service. NISSAN SA are trying to use the feet dragging tactic to state that by now it can be wear and tear. They are very fast to accept my cash but REFUSE since 2018 to repair my ignition. I've tried since 2018 to have it repaired and since 2018 have dealt with 6 different call center persons who each close the investigation with 'Sorry our technicians have come to the conclusion that it is wear and tear" .Not even once has my key been checked by a locksmith . NISSAN SA technicians requested that I send them a Whatsapp pic of the key . Using a pic over Whatsapp they determined that it is wear and tear..what a Joke . Pathetic Customer Service . My window winder was replaced which I use as much as my key ...how is that warrantable and not my key . I constantly tell everyone that asks me about my vehicle that they must NOT buy a NISSAN due to the fact that their service is so bad. NISSAN manual also does not state that the ignition key is not warrantable. All it would have cost NISSAN was a couple of thousand rands ...I will NEVER buy another NISSAN... NEVER ...neither will anyone that I know . Therefore for a few rands NISSAN loses thousands of rands ...pathetic.
