Nissan CMH terrible service

I bought a Nissan Almera from CMH Sandton. After leaving the dealership I phoned the salesman Shaun Young because there was a grinding noise. He asked me to bring the car in. The workshop manager looked at he vehicle and confirmed the brake disc's were worn. Shaun then informed me he needs to follow due process. I told him I would need to replace the disc's because it's a safety issue. Shaun resigned before we could conclude. I took it up with the sales manager jacques who showed me the dekra report and said tough. Nothing they are willing to do. I'm so disappointed in the service. I tried to book my car for a service and Amesha told me I exceeded the allowable kilos, then she walks away before we could conclude, no excuse me or anything. I regret buying this car from Nissan I hope that this can serve as a warning to other consumers. Nissan Sandton CMH is the worst.
