NIssan caused me financial loss and lost vacation days

I ordered tensioners from Nissan randburg on the 20th 0f dec 2018 and was told that I would receive it on 23 or latest 24 dec. I had a second hand part available from a s****yard on the 22nd but decided to wait for a new part from Nissan instead. I did not receive the part by the 24th and the factory had closed. I engaged Nissan SA on the 24th to intervene as I needed to drive to KZN before Christmas and I had already delayed my mechanic from leaving as well based on Nissan's promise. Nissan randburg contacted me me once Nissan SA got involved but soon stopped contact and left me without answers to my issue. Nissan SA could not guarantee me a refund to acquire the second hand part. By this point in the day after several hours of calls, I had no part, no chance of a refund and the s****yard was unavailable. Need less to say I had to go KZN with another vehicle. The spare part was only availavble on 2 Jan 2020. I lost 4 days of my vacation and have to go to KZN again in January as I need to take stuff that was intended to go down for Christmas. My mechanic also was cheated of his leave days. I feel very aggrieved and Nissan cannot even communicate a proper apology for distress caused.
