Nissan care more about money than customers

Bought a vehicle by B Executive Motors in Vanderbijlpark in January 2021. It’s radio didn’t have a code on the 19th of January it went for a service and they put the code of the radio in because apparently you have to take the whole radio out to get the code. I went to Nissan Vereeniging today and asked for the code. Couldn’t find it on my registration number. Then used my vin number and picked up the service. Then told me it wasn’t done. I must book in the vehicle and pay eight hundred odd rands to get the code. So I don’t know who is *********** or who should have the code. Because when I asked Ruaan at B Executive for it numerous times they don’t know. And was told to get it by Nissan. So I have no use of my Radio for the last 6 months because my battery went flat one day. So do I pay 800 or contact the ombudsman or get it out of B executive or what. But I say one thing between the two of them they are money thrives. My financing was paid but they can supply u with a code never mind only getting a service book 4 months after the car was purchased. But that’s besides the point. But ja if I had a manual for the vehicle maybe the code would be in there but ja I guess not.
