NISSAN CAN'T ASSIST WITH THEIR OWN VEHCILES

Hi. I have a Nissan Pathfinder 3.0 Dci V9X V6 - The timing on my vehicle needs to be done. I am even prepared to buy the timing tool but NISSAN does not have tools for their own vehicles. Contacted Nissan SA, eventually got feedback to go to Tygervalley, Tygervalley contacted and said they cant do it because they don't have the timing tool, Milnerton then agreed to assist, engine was dropped at Milnerton, they got back to us that they are not prepared to assist because the don't have the tool. Contacted Nissan SA again - they telling me they can't help me. Now what I am trying to understand is, how can Nissan not assist with tools for their own vehicles and how from 2010 has there been no timing chain replacements down on either Nissan Navara V6 V9X D40 or Nissan Pathfinder V6 V9X? Please contact me ASAP as I need to get my vehicle timing done.
