Nissan appaling service!!!

I can't get used to Nissan's worst service ever! I'm here for a service at Nissan Milnerton and these people have again told me on arrival that they have no service to transport us home after dropping the car, let alone the idea of being picked up after the service would be far fetched. This is becoming a very abusive relationship where Nissan the abusive partner! Its mind boggling that other major dealerships like Toyota give u a lift home regardless where you stay and they pick you up when your car is done. VW even gives you a courtesy car for the day while your car is being serviced. Nissan through their NIC programme promised me that I'd get a courtesy car and fastward to 3 services to date I have never seen that courtesy car. I was merely told we do not do courtesy cars. I am at a point where I have to consider selling this Nissan regardless how much I have been enjoying the experience because as it stands I do not only pay for a car but the after sale service as well! It is the end now for me! No more!!!
