Nissan after sale customer care stinks

I bought a my second hand Nissan Xtrail last year and was very pleased with the car overall. After 1month the car started to jerk when we would drive uphill. My husband brought this under the service department's attention . The first time they said there was nothing wrong. The jerking started to get worse. I took it for the 95 000km service and again reported this where the lady said that this was a problem with the Xtrails and she would get back to us after the service. I took it for the major service on 105 000km and they still could not give me an answer. With the last service they finally told us that it was the injectors and it was still under warranty and i had to bring it in for 2weeks. I asked about a courtesy car in the mean time to get me and my husband to work and i was given 60 reason why i could not get one. Absolute let down or perhaps i was not in the right bracket to be given one. I called customer service who said they would investigate and never got an answer. Called again in 2weeks time and spoke to the so-called manager. He apparantly went on to investigate and came up with the answer that the prosedure was to first see if i really needed the courtesy car ( i explained that i have a baby at home and what if he gets sick in the middle of the night). He explained that the prosedure is to see if i needed the car and if they find that i do need to get a car that they would hire a car for me but i had to pay R2000 deposit! What a let down! Nissan is either too concern with sales then meeting their clients after sale needs or it is the bracket that i fall under. If this was my mistake i would understand but this is a manifacture mistake, their mistake and still i have to pay. I am so dissapointed . With the other motoring companies i would have gotten a courtesy car no questions ask even if it was for one day. They cant even take you back to work after you have dropped off the car for a service. My first and last buy with Nissan.
