Nissan
Escalating a matter to the head office proved to be fruitlesss. My new vehicle had a battery recall while I was still battling with Nissan SA to support with the warranty date that was not amended be Nissan Springs, when the vehicle was sold to me. This took 3 months, at some point I didn't have a vehicle for 8 days because Nissan Centurion was waiting for the warranty date to be changed, then I had to be jumpstarted a number of times. The date was eventually changed and they never cared to prioritise my vehicle. I booked the vehicle in on a Friday, Monday the 15th my vehicle was not released cos Nissan Springs paid Nissan Centurion after 17h00. Festive public holidays with no vehicle, can you imagine the inconvenience. I paid the price cos of one sales lady who has moved on to greener pastures. What pains the most is the follow ups I had to make with Nissan SA, Nissan Springs and Centurion. Felt like everyone felt no need to make this experience less annoying.
